The Rituals We Share

For Mental Health Awareness Month, the AdCouncil wanted to remind sports fans everywhere that their mental health is just as important as their physical health.

So, the good folks at Walton Isaacson teamed up with athletes to share that while being fast and strong is great, it doesn’t mean much without a healthy mind.
